I take rental clients seriously, because most of them become buyers — and the twelve months in between is exactly when the work should be happening.
A lot of agents won't touch rentals. The commission is small and the work isn't. I do them anyway, for a reason that isn't charity: the person who needs a place to live in thirty days is very often the person who could own in eighteen months, and almost nobody is telling them that.
So we do two things at once. I find you something you can actually afford and won't hate. And if buying is anywhere on your horizon, we start the other clock now — pulling your credit, seeing what's actually on it, and building the plan. A year of paying rent while your file gets fixed is a year that counts. A year of paying rent while nothing happens is just a year.
If you're nowhere near ready, that's fine. Tell me and I'll just find you a place.
What you can afford, where you want to be, and what's realistic in between.
Credit thresholds, income ratios, and what a landlord actually looks at. No surprises at submission.
If ownership is the goal, the eighteen-month plan starts the day you sign the lease.
Tell me the situation. I'll tell you what's realistic in your range.
I'll send you what fits and let you know what's realistic in your range. If buying is on your horizon, I'll include the plan for that too. Call or text me at (404) 585-1231 any time.

Small commission, same effort. That's the deal.
Know the thresholds before you pay an application fee.
If you want to buy, we start that work now — not later.
Whatever's on your credit, I've seen it and it's fixable.
